Heat builds with air-conditioning problems at Dawson State Jail in Dallas
The air-conditioning system has not been working at the Dawson State Jail since this past weekend – meaning the 2,200 inmates there have temporarily joined the 150,000 or so in Texas who already are broiling under soaring temperatures.
